Services:

PAYROLL

1. Computer payroll preparation of either payroll checks or direct deposit with complete employee earnings reports including vacation and sick leave accruals.

2. Preparation of all required federal and state payroll tax returns including year end W-2 and 1099 forms.

BOOKKEEPING

1. Complete business accounting services are available with reports monthly or quarterly as desired by our clients. We can provide book value and fair market value balance sheets if desired. The Profit and Loss Statement may be as detailed as you like. We can provide Cost of Goods Detail and enterprise Profit and Loss Statements. All accounting reports and accounts are designed to fit your business.

2. AgChek accounting service is designed specifically for the farm business. We take pride in knowing and understanding agriculture and the special accounting needs of agriculture business. The AgChek service is quick, easy, accurate, and low cost. Your accounting records can be prepared from your check and deposit records. No need to rewrite anything. Deduction and quantity details such as pounds of milk, marketing expenses, and number and type of cattle sold are taken right from the milk check and cattle sale stubs. This service is designed to take the time and work out of your bookkeeping chores while providing accurate financial records.

INCOME TAX PREPARATION

1. Tax planning services are available in November and December. The time to do something about your tax liability is before the year ends. This is an especially valuable service if your business income fluctuates a great deal from year to year.

2. We prepare all income tax returns including short form and long form personal tax returns and business tax returns for sole proprietors, partnerships, and corporations.
