Steven
G. Barrette has 28 years experience with income tax
preparation. He prepares personal tax returns as well as tax
returns for farms and businesses, sole proprietorships and
corporations. Steve grew up in Wisconsin Rapids. He obtained a
Bachelor of Science degree in Comprehensive Public Accounting
from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire. Prior to his
employment with Citizens State Bank of Loyal in 1993, Steve ran
his own accounting business for 8 years and worked for PCA for 5
years. Steve and his wife Bekke moved to the Neillsville area in
1976. They own a 100-acre hobby farm where they raised two sons.
Steve and Bekke enjoy training horses and traveling out west on
horseback vacations. Besides his involvement in the local horse
club and the Wisconsin Horse Council Foundation, Steve enjoys raising his own
crops, cutting firewood, hunting, fishing, and playing hockey.

Bonnie
L. Bartz began
working as a part-time teller at the Granton branch of Citizens
State Bank of Loyal 15 years ago. She proceeded to full-time
employment after one year and for a time worked in the Computer
Department at the Loyal location. Eventually Bonnie became a
loan secretary, then a loan officer, and today she is branch
manager of the Granton Station. She takes courses through
Wisconsin Banker’s Association to stay current on the
ever-changing world of banking. Her responsibilities today
include everything from performing any and all teller
transactions to preparing consumer and real estate loans.
Bonnie grew up in the Granton area and her and husband Gary live
there today. They have three grown children. Bonnie is active
in the Granton Rotary and is a member of the Granton Fall
Festival Committee. Bonnie enjoys walking, gardening, playing
with her dogs, and spending time with her grandson.

Irene T. Dziekan
joined Citizens State Bank of
Loyal as a Personal Banker in 1999, bringing with her 17 years
of banking experience. Irene was born and educated in Scotland.
Soon after she came to the United States she began her banking
career and continued education courses from the American Banking
Institute and Wisconsin Banker’s Association. Irene is
experienced in the area of deposit account compliance, personal
banking services, IRA’s and loans. Irene serves as the club
director for the Citizens State Bank of Loyal Key Club,
promoting, organizing and hosting trips and events for members.
She has taken members to England, Scotland, Wales, Austria,
Germany and Canada. Irene served several years on the Loyal
Chamber of Commerce board including two years as president.
Currently she is on the board of the UW-Extension “Alliance for
Financial Literacy in Clark County” and on the America Saves
committee. Irene and her husband John own and operate a USDA
certified organic dairy farm. They have 6 children and 12
grandchildren. Irene loves to travel, especially to Europe to
visit family and friends, and enjoys reading and gardening with

Greg M.
Glisczinski
joined
Citizens State Bank of Loyal in March of 1995. He grew up on his
parents’ swine and dairy farm near Belle Plaine, MN and
graduated from high school in 1972. Greg has a bachelor's degree
from the University of Minnesota in Agricultural Education. He
taught vocational agriculture for one year before joining Doboy
Feeds as a nutritional consultant. Greg was in the nutritional
consulting business for 18 years. Since joining the agricultural
staff at Citizens State Bank of Loyal, Greg has developed
computer software programs for analyzing financial information
and cash flow projections for dairy farmers. He is the primary
contact with Farmer Mac and the secondary market for
agricultural real estate mortgages. In addition to his expertise
in agricultural lending, Greg gained approval for the bank to
become a Preferred Lender with the U.S. Farm Service Agency and
an Express Lender with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Greg lives in Neillsville with his wife Lisa. They have 3 sons,
David, Patrick and Bradley. He is involved in the local Lions
organization, Knights of Columbus, and the 4-H and FFA Livestock
Sale at the county fair. Greg is serving on the economic
development board for Clark County and the planning commission
for the city of Neillsville. Hobbies include gardening, hiking
and biking, stalking monstrous bucks, pursuing wily turkeys and

Travis
J. Holt has been involved with agriculture his entire
life, growing up on a dairy and hog farm in Baraboo, Wisconsin.
Travis joined Citizens State Bank of Loyal in June of 2002 and
currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer. His duties include
coordinating the financial management of the bank,
overseeing the branch operations of the bank, and managing
Citizens Financial Services; the retail investment division
of the bank where he is a Registered Representative with LPL
Financial. Travis graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a
degree in Agricultural Education and earned a Masters in
Agribusiness from Kansas State University.
Travis
carries Series 7 and Series 63 Securities licenses, and formerly carried a Series 3
Commodities license and was a Wisconsin Registered Auctioneer.
Prior to joining Citizens State Bank of Loyal, Travis held the
position of Director of Commodity Marketing with Equity
Cooperative Livestock Sales.

Kurt
Humke joined Citizens State Bank of Loyal on January
1,2009 as a Compliance Officer/Internal Auditor. Kurt
graduated from Greenwood High School in 1983 and earned his
Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a
Finance emphasis from UW-Stevens Point in 1987. Kurt
has worked for the past nine years at Mid-Wisconsin Bank and
prior to that at Associated Bank. Kurt's 21 years of
banking consisted of consumer, mortgage, commercial and
agricultural lending. Kurt is very involved in the
community currently serving as the Greenwood Dairy Days
Chairperson in addition to singing in the Clark County Male
Chorus. Kurt currently resides in Greenwood with his
wife, Amy, and their four children, Kassandra, Aarica,
Karson and Austen. In his free time he enjoys

Jack
Ourada joined Citizens State Bank of Loyal as an Agricultural Loan Officer
in the summer of 2005.
Jack offers credit and financial services to dairy producers in
eastern Wisconsin where he
is located, working out of an office in
Appleton. Jack has an extensive background in agriculture
and agricultural finance. He grew up on a farm in the Antigo area
where he
participated in 4-H and FFA. Jack
has a degree in Agricultural Business from the University of Wisconsin- River Falls. He is a member of Alpha
Gamma Rho Fraternity. Jack has more than 30 years of
experience in Farm Credit Associations where he served as
President/CEO in Northeast Wisconsin. Jack has been involved with many agricultural and
community groups, both locally and statewide. Jack and his wife Linda live in Appleton. They
have 3 grown children and 7 special grandchildren. Jack enjoys
the cottage, fishing, gardening, helping his kids and traveling

Kathy D.
Pieper has been
an employee of Citizens State Bank of Loyal for 28 years.
Starting as a part-time teller in 1979, she has worked in
various areas of operations including bookkeeping and the proof
department, and was involved in the implementation of the bank’s
first in-house computer system in 1985. She headed up the
computer department until 1993 when she became the Head Cashier.
As Head Cashier, she oversees the operations of the bank
including the teller area, bookkeeping, and data processing.
Other responsibilities include report preparation, cash
management, and Secretary to the Board of Directors. Kathy was
born and raised in the Loyal area, growing up on a dairy farm
north of town. She is a member of the Loyal America Legion
Auxiliary and serves as financial secretary for the Loyal United

Darla M.
Sikora is an Agricultural Loan Officer at Citizens
State Bank of Loyal, and the Executive Vice President. Raised on a small farm near Stevens Point,
Darla knew early in life that she wanted to pursue a career in
Agriculture. In high school she was vice president of the
Stevens Point Chapter of the FFA and a member of the Wisconsin Junior
Dairymen Association. In college Darla was selected for
membership in Alpha Zeta National Honorary Agricultural
Fraternity. After receiving a degree in Agricultural Business
from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls, she spent 18
years working with dairy producers as a Dairy Nutrition and
Management Consultant with Purina Mills. In 2004 Darla completed the
Agricultural Credit School at Iowa State University. She is in
her final year of the Graduate School of Banking at the
University of Wisconsin-Madison. Darla is on the Board of
Directors for the Upper Midwest Agricultural Credit Council. Knowing the
importance of good, sound financial decision-making and how it
relates to bottom-line profits on dairy farms, Darla's main
objective is the continued success of Wisconsin’s dairy

Richard P. Szymanski
has been a loan officer with
Citizens State Bank of Loyal since 1989. He grew up on a dairy
farm near Thorp, Wisconsin and is a graduate of the University
of Wisconsin – River Falls. Prior experience includes working
for Wisconsin Farm Business doing farm records and income tax
preparation, and Farm Credit Services as a loan officer and tax
preparer. At Citizens State Bank of Loyal he handles Consumer,
Residential, Commercial, and Agricultural loans. Rick is very involved in the Loyal community and
received the honor of Citizen of the Year from the Loyal Chamber
of Commerce in 2002. Rick and his family live in the Loyal area.

Gary R.
Weirauch joined Citizens State Bank of Loyal in the
spring of 1988 after spending the prior 17 years in banking and
agricultural finance. Gary holds a Bachelors Degree in
Agriculture from the University of Wisconsin–River Falls,
spent two years in the U.S. Army, and then spent another year
studying Agricultural Economics aided by the GI Bill. Gary has
served as chairman of the Community Bankers of Wisconsin, was a
six year member of the Bankers' Bank of Wisconsin Board, and
served several years on the Agriculture and Rural Development
Committee of the Independent Community Bankers of America. Gary
was named Wisconsin’s 1998 Community Banker of the Year.
Gary is a past president and a 36-year Lions member, past
commander of Loyal American Legion Post 175 and a 30-year
member, current treasurer of the Loyal Industrial Development
Corporation, chairman of the Clark County Economic Development
Loan Committee and Vice Chairman of the Regional Business Fund,
Inc. He has served as either President, CEO, or Chairman
of the Board of the Bank for the last 17 years and currently

Lori A.
Weyhmiller is a lifelong resident of the Loyal area.
She was raised on a local dairy farm and graduated from Loyal
High School in 1980. Lori has been employed at Citizens State
Bank of Loyal since September of 1988. Originally hired as a
teller, today she is the Assistant Cashier and the Data
Processing Manager. Her main responsibilities include
implementing and managing overall operations of the Computer
Department, in-house auditing, and on occasion, she performs
cashier duties. Lori lives in Loyal with her husband Keith and
their daughter Britney. Lori served on the Education Committee
at St. Anthony Catholic School and was involved for several

Darlene
K. Zschernitz is the Branch Manager and Residential
Loan Officer at the Neillsville location of Citizens State Bank
of Loyal. She has been employed at the bank since April of 2000.
After high school, Darlene immediately began her banking career.
She started in the bookkeeping department and also worked as a
teller, a loan processor, and a loan secretary. Eventually
Darlene became a Consumer Lending Officer and then a Residential
Loan Officer. She has taken courses with Wisconsin Banker’s
Association including Compliance School, Consumer Credit School, Residential Mortgage School
and most recently, Retail Banking. Darlene enjoys living in a
small community and working for a community owned bank where she
can be instrumental in meeting the financial needs of the
community. Darlene served on the Day Care Center Board in
Neillsville. Currently she is the Girl Pioneer Group Leader, she
teaches Sunday School, and is a member of the vocal and hand
bell choir at St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church. Darlene is
married to Joel and they have one daughter and one grandchild.
